HUNTER ENGINEERING CO, ST. LOUIS, MO - 2006-2008-  Independent sales representative for North and East Texas area with several distributors responsible for digital image alignment sales to automobile new car dealers and independent mechanical shops and groups.  Met or exceeded all previous goals and sales from the prior three years.

MOTOR INFORMATION SYSTEM, DETROIT, MI- 2006-2008- Independent distributor for all Motor manuals and electronic media for North, East, and Central Texas area.  Met or exceeded established goals for all products.  Responsible for sales to new car dealers, mechanical groups and shops, collision shops and groups, and insurance companies.

WORLD CAR GROUP, San Antonio, TX -July 2003-May 2006- Five import and domestic new car locations FIXED OPERATIONS DIRECTOR Increased total fixed gross profit over prior month/year-to-date (31 of 34 months) exceeding $1,500,000 and fixed net increase of over $775,000 . Defined and implemented long and short-term objectives. Oversee and control all daily operations, policy implementations, recruit, hire and motive a staff of over 200. Establish departmental goals with management team, improving products and services, evaluate overall and individual performance, and provide training for management and front-line personnel. Developed annual forecast, increased customer retention, reduced parts obsolescence, increased gross profit percentages in all areas, enhanced DMS utilization, developed new management reports, decreased employee turnover and increased commitment. Successful implementation of import wholesale parts department with exceptional first year net profit. Continued successful integration of new franchises with existing facilities. Primary consultant for training and installation of service price guides for over 60 dealerships.
